In the event of a loss, please check your policy for the toll-free number
of your insurance company’s claims department, or dial 1-800-555-1212
and ask for the 800 number of your insurance company.
Since claims are the reason that we purchase insurance, as a convenience
to our customers, we have also put together a list of our companies who
allow a direct phone-in feature. This can be helpful before or after hours,
when our office is closed.
As always, should you wish to discuss your claim with your Account Manager
prior to submitting it, please contact us during regular business hours,
or leave a message on our after-hours voicemail system.

Olympia Restoration
If you need emergency services for a property claim, please call Olympia
Restoration at (800) 606-4110. Not all of their services may be covered
by your policy, however they will be able to respond quickly, usually
within one hour. This should help you in keeping your claim costs down
while helping you deal with the trauma of your property claim.
Olympia Restoration is a full-service general contractor providing emergency
clean up/disaster repair service for fire/smoke, water, vandalism, mold,
contents restoration and skunk damage. Their offices are open until 10pm
and the answering service is available from 10pm- 7am. They have the Bay
Area covered with offices in South San Francisco, San Jose, Hayward and
Sacramento.
Many of our companies work closely with Olympia. They will be able to
assist you when you need them the most. They'll get things cleaned-up
and/or dried out and stored if needed. They will also provide estimates
to your insurance company once you have signed a contract for their services,
and will work with your insurance company’s adjuster towards settlement.
