Suhr Risk Services Compensation Disclosure

It is our goal to provide for complete transparency to our clients regarding our sources of commission and contingent income from the Insurance companies that we represent.

We are compensated for our services principally through commissions paid by insurance companies and fees paid by clients. It is a long standing practice in the insurance industry for insurance companies and other intermediaries to occasionally compensate insurance agents and brokers based on factors including aggregate volume, persistency and profitability of the business. These arrangements are typically referred to as contingencies or overrides.

Suhr Risk Services has a variety of these compensation arrangements with insurance companies and intermediaries that are not client specific.

Suhr Risk Services also receives interest paid to us by financial institutions earned on fiduciary or trust accounts in which we hold your premium payments pending remittance to the insurance company.

Suhr Risk Services is committed to acting in our clients' best interests. At your request, we are pleased to supply further details about the compensation that relates to your account.
