The roots of our sensitivity to the needs of Nonprofits began in 1978 when we formed the Community Arts Insurance program. This sensitivity was heightened by the liability crisis in the mid 1980’s when it was almost impossible for a nonprofit in California to secure coverage.

This crisis prompted us to align with the expertise brought by Ed Stark, MBA, CPCU, ARM. Mr. Stark spearheaded our relationships with the Nonprofits Insurance Alliance, the first and only insurance entity to qualify as a “charitable risk pool” under federal law. We are proud of the privilege to serve as an insurance broker of choice for them.
